Following are the steps to withdraw your NFT:
Login to your Zelta account
Go to NFT
Select the NFT that you wish to withdraw
Click on “Transfer”
Enter the address to which you wish to transfer your NFT.
Accept the terms and conditions and submit the request.
All NFT withdrawals are processed manually by our team and hence can take a maximum of 48 hours to process.
(Currently, NFT withdrawals are supported only on the MATIC network)
Note: You need to have enough diamond balance depending on the Zalaxy NFT that you wish to withdraw.
